Refund Policy
UTSniper sells digital packages that are delivered and activated instantly after payment. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one.
Digital Goods, Delivered Instantly
All our products are digital. Once your payment has been processed, your package is activated on your account immediately — there is no shipping and no waiting period.
No Refund Once Delivered
Because a package is usable the moment it is activated, payments are non-refundable once delivery has taken place. By purchasing a package you agree to receive the digital content immediately and waive any withdrawal right that would depend on a delivery delay.
Exceptions
You are entitled to a solution when something actually went wrong on our side: your payment was confirmed but the package was never activated, or you were charged twice for the same order. In these cases, contact us — we will either activate what you paid for or refund the payment.
Crypto Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, and network fees are never refundable. Where a refund is granted for a crypto order, it is sent to a wallet address you provide, for the amount of the order.
Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute without contacting us first, for a package that was properly delivered, is treated as abuse and results in the suspension of the account. Talk to us first — genuine problems always get solved.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Contact page or our Discord server, with your account email and the order reference. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and answered as quickly as possible.
