Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data UTSniper collects when you use utsniper.com and the UTSniper extension, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the service needs to work, audience-measurement and advertising cookies are optional and under your control, and we never sell your data.
Data We Collect
When you create an account we store your email address, your username and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself), along with optional profile details (first and last name, preferred language). If you sign in with Discord or link your Discord account, we also store your Discord ID and username.
Service Usage Data
To operate the service we store your subscription and order history, your extension sessions (browser user-agent and last-activity time) and the snipe history your extension reports (in-game trade data such as player, price and profit). The uninstall feedback form is entirely anonymous and is not linked to your account.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the service: authenticating you, operating your subscription and its connection limits, displaying your snipe history, granting the Discord Premium role when applicable, and sending strictly transactional emails (email verification, password reset, subscription notices). We send no marketing emails.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and local storage keep you signed in and remember your language and your cookie choice; they cannot be turned off. Two optional categories can be accepted or refused: “Audience measurement” (Google Analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate country, to improve the site) and “Advertising” (Google Ads — measures which of our ads lead to visits and purchases, and may show you our ads on other sites). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these optional cookies stay off until you accept them; without consent, Google only receives cookieless, aggregated signals (such as a page view). You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer; your choice is kept for 6 months.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your card or wallet details are entered with them and are never stored on or passed through our servers. We keep only the order record: package, amount, status and the provider's transaction reference.
Data Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to run the service: payment providers (to process your order), our email delivery provider (to send transactional emails), Discord (to assign the Premium role when your account is linked) and Google (audience measurement and advertising, according to your cookie choice — see Cookies). We never sell or rent your data.
Retention & Deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us; deletion removes your profile, subscriptions, sessions and snipe history.
Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and sign-in sessions use short-lived tokens. Access to production data is restricted to the operators of the service.
